Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 yrs and above 2.American Society Of Anaesthesiologist physical grade I,II,III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients in whom achieving a proper mask seal will be difficult including but not limited to edentulous, beard, scars,swellings, dressings over the face 2.Patients with known nasal, oral or laryngeal pathologies 3. Patients who are unable to pronounce vowels and consonants of study 4. Patients requiring rapid sequence intubation 5.Participants with a previous history of speech disorders, vocal cord disease, cleft palate, craniofacial syndromes, hearing or perception abnormalities, mental or central nervous system disease 6.Pregnant woman
