Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with Type 2 diabetes mellitus of age 18 years â?? 70years. Subjects whose HbA1C is more than 6.5% irrespective of chronicity and period of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Non-Insulin-dependent type 2 diabetes mellitus subjects who are on oral hypoglycemic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Type 1, Juvenile diabetes, and gestational diabetes. Subjects who are Insulin dependent. Subjects who take AYUSH group of treatments. Subjects with hypertension, cancer, cardiac patients, thyroid disorder, CKD, Nephrotic syndrome, end-stage liver diseases, and other chronic diseases. Subjects under other medications than oral hypoglycemic drugs. Subjects who have Musculo skeletal and neurological abnormality. Subjects who already practice yoga regularly before recruitment.
