Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adults >40 years of age 2 Diagnosis of COPD at least for 1 year 3 At least one spirometry in the last year with a post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC 4 Current or former smoker( >10 pack years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any acute or chronic condition that would limit the ability of the patient to participate in the study. 2. Refusal to give informed consent
