Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: consenting patients with BMI 25-29.9 Kg/m2, scheduled for elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with any of the following will be excluded: 1. Any abnormality on clinical examination which is anticipated to interfere with airway management 2. Patient requiring awake fiberoptic intubation 3. Mouth opening less then 1.5 cm 4.Patient with cervical spine trauma 5. Patient with recent head and neck surgery
