Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age limit -18 to 50 years All gender Morning stiffness more than 1 hour Arthritis of hand joints Arthritis of 3 or more joints Symmetrical Arthritis Anti CCP and RA factor positive patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatic fever Psoriatic arthropathy Reiterâ??s arthritis Systemic lupus erythematosus Gouty Arthritis Any other serious systemic illness Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Type 2 Diabetes mellitus

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The outcome will be mainly assessed by reduction in clinical symptoms such as severity of pain, reduction of swelling and morning stiffness Timepoint: 3 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessing the improvement of the patient from severe to moderate, moderate to mild through universal pain assessment scale(VISUAL ANALOGUE SCALE) which helps to ensure the wellness of the patient. Timepoint: 7 weeks
