Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male participants, 25 - 45 years of age 2. Oligozoospermia (as confirmed by two different samples as per WHO 4th ed criteria) 3. Male Infertility (Unable to conceive even after 12 months of unprotected intercourse) 4. Participants who are willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism 2. History of traumatic injury to testes 3. A history of vasectomy or surgery for obstructive azoospermia 4. Hypergonadotropic hypogonadism with low serum testosterone (raised FSH >20) 5. Klinefelter Syndrome /Chromosomal abnormalities 6. Chronic alcoholism (current) 7. History of Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy to testes 8. Undetectable Inhibin B 9. Azoospermia 10. Chronic liver disease (liver enzymes elevated 2-fold higher than the normal range) 11. Renal Dysfunction (serum creatinine >1.5 mg/dl) 12. Anatomical abnormality of the genitals 13. History of surgical treatment received for male infertility 14. Medical treatment for infertility within last 4 weeks 15. Spontaneous retrograde flow in the internal spermatic vein +/- testicular atrophy, or testicular atrophy on Ultrasound 16. Patient on aspirin/warfarin
