Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 years or more. 2. First year health professional students (UG) from AIIMS Delhi, Rishikesh and Bhopal 3. Willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students not willing to give in-formed consent. 2.No lifetime history of psychosis or mania (as per self-report). 3.Already practicing Sudarshan Kriya Meditation on a regular basis
