Inclusion criteria: 1. minimum working experience of 2 years with adults with hearing loss in private or Government centres across the nation. 2. Minimum qualification of Under graduation in Speech and Hearing, Certified by RCI. 3. Post graduate students who have a working experience of minimum 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diploma holders 2. Special educators
