Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients greater than 18 years of age and diagnosed with ischemic heart disease, who were prescribed with statin therapy and completed 3 months of statin therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with elevated liver enzymes and not fit for statin therapy, Pregnant women, Critically ill patients, Psychiatry patients and Participants not willing to participate in study
