Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women admitted with established or threatened preterm labor, or have planned preterm birth with: Between 20-35 years of age. Between 27+5 weeks to 37 weeks period of gestation. Singleton live pregnancy Delivering within 72 hours of the last PATET evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suspected congenital fetal anomalies on antenatal imaging. 2. Patients in whom appropriate views of the fetal heart are not obtained due to fetal position or maternal habitus.
