Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -SPHERICAL(SPH) -0.25 to -20.0 DIOPTER(D), CYLINDRICAL(CYL) -0.25 to -6.0 D -Intraocular Pressure (IOP) -Spherical equivalent (SE) will be calculated in myopic astigmatism cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Subjects with ectasia and any other anterior or posterior segment pathology -Subjects who have undergone any ocular surgeries. -History of ocular trauma -History of systemic diseases

MeasureTime frame
-To find out the relationship between the central corneal thickness (CCT) in different grades of myopia using ultrasound pachymetry, anterior segment -oct, specular microscopy, and pentacam. Timepoint: Month-2 (January 2023)

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the reliability and the agreement of CCT measured by 4 different instruments.Timepoint: Month-2 (January 2023)
