Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent boys and girls Aged 12-14 years Residents of Mumbai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering from any medical conditions such as hypertension, kidney disorders, Type I diabetes mellitus, asthma, etc. Participants not attending any of the NEP sessions. Participants not attempting any of the important questions in the questionnaire.
