Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who attained menopause Age 55 to 65 years Those who are willing to participate in my study. Those who can read, speak and understanding in Tamil.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are suffering with severe illness like bedridden and arteritis. Those who having the allergy of sesame seeds. Those who does not like to eat sesame seeds. Those who are not available during data collection
