Intervention1: sonic tooth brush: children will be divided in to two groups and will be randomly provided with sonic or manual tooth brush.children will be asked to brush their teeth twice in the stud

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cooperative children of age 8-12 years . Children having atleast 20 teeth. Children having four 1st permanent molars without any gross decay. Children having teeth with intact buccal and lingual scorable surface.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with special health care needs,systemic diseases and who are on antibiotics. Children with severe malocclusions Children with any oral lesions.
