Intervention1: Core training along with conventional athletic training: Group 1 - Core muscle training along with conventional athletic track and field training through core exercises for 6 weeks dura

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male athletes who participate in track and field events. 2. Competitive athletes participating in competitions. 3. Athletes who are training regularly on a weekly basis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Athletes who fail to clear PAR-Q. 2. Athletes who have musculoskeletal problem in the the past six months. 3. Athletes who are already involved in any specific core training program.
