Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All men with confirmed adenocarcinoma prostate cancer (Pca) on histopathology. 2)Men going to start ADT as a part of management of prostate cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any men who previously received or receiving any form of ADT. 2) Histological variant of prostate cancer in which ADT is not recommended. (Pathology other than adenocarcinoma)

MeasureTime frame
To assess the physical activity level in men at the time of initiating ADT for management of prostate cancer and at 6 months after its initiation.Timepoint: To assess the physical activity level in men at the time of initiating ADT for management of prostate cancer and at 6 months after its initiation.

1) To see influence of BMI and S testosterone on PA in patient receiving ADT. 2) To correlate change in PA and BMI with quantum of drop in testosterone level in patient receiving ADT. Timepoint: 2 yeras
