Inclusion criteria: Urban young adults aged 21-30 years of both genders- male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young adults with previous medical/ psychological history, pregnant/ lactating mothers or people with existing medical/ psychological conditions. People working in Nutrition & Psychology fields.
