Intervention1: Pontic Shield Technique: It is a partial extraction therapy in which tooth root section or fragment is retained in socket along a bony wall for preservation of height of alveolar crest.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unrestorable crown or tooth which indicated for extraction. Non-smoker, non-tobacco chewers. Systemically healthy patients and not under any medications. Non-alcoholic individuals.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating patients. Tooth with large periapical pathology ( >5mm). Mobile tooth. Patient not ready to volunteer for the study protocol and followups
