Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients having the clinical features of Madhumeha. 1.Diagnosed case of diabetes mellitus2/Madhumeha. 2.Patients having RBS level 200-280 mg/dl. 3.Patients having FBS level 100-180 mg/dl. 4.Patients having PPBS level 140-220 mg/dl. 5.Patients willing to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients age below 20 and above 64 years. 2.Not diagnosed by a physician. 3.Patients having liver disease, thyrotoxicosis, retinopathy, nephropathy, any serious medical condition. 4.Any other type of diabetes-type 1. 5.Pregnant and nursing women. 6.Contraindication of Yogasana.
