Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All women < 60 years of age undergoing vaginal hysterectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Hemoglobin 2)Medical disorders â?? Hypertension Diabetes Ischemic heart disease Hepatic or renal disease COPD Migraine Epilepsy History of previous pelvic surgery Co-existing pelvic pathology or Enlarged uterus.( >12 weeks size
