Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA physical status 1 and 2 2 All patients undergoing surgery - general surgery, ENT, gynecological, orthopedics surgery under general anaesthesia .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ASA physical status 3 and 4 2 Prolonged duration of surgery > 3hours 3 Baseline saturation Sp02 4 BMI >30 5 Pregnancy 6 Patient with respiratory diseases
