Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants aged 18 years and above and who had undergone cardiac revascularization (CABG or PTCA) 4 or more weeks before the filling of questionnaires. 2.CHD with or without comorbidities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women diagnosed with CHD 2.Participants with psychiatric illness 3.Participants who are unwilling to give consent
