Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to give written informed consent. 2.Age 18 to 45 years. 3.Patients with ASA grade I and II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? patients refusing consent to participate in the study ? patients allergic to propofol and/or lignocaine ? obesity(bmi >30) ? anticipated difficult airway ? Respiratory/cerebriovascular/cardiovascular and renal diseases including hypertension
