Intervention1: Triple dose Inj Cefotaxime: Triple doses of Inj Cefotaxime 1 gram intravenous in case arm 30 minutes prior to surgery and then next two doses at 8 hrs and 16 hrs interval after the firs

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral/Bilateral hernia, Recurrent hernia, Uncomplicated hernia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised, Type 2 DM, Complicated Hernia, Renal or Liver disease
