Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy patients between age group of 4-9 years. 2. Patients willing to take part in study. 3. Patients exhibiting Frankl’s behavior rating scale score of 3 and 4 {positive (+) and definitely positive (++)} 4. At least two-thirds of remaining root length. 5. Sufficient coronal structure remaining Primary teeth with chronic irreversible pulpitis 6. Radiolucent areas in furcation or periapical region
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who are medically compromised. 2. Any clinical sign of tooth mobility (grade 2 or 3) as per Miller’s criteria 3. If the root resorption of teeth is more than 1/3rd. 4. Child with special heath care needs. 5. Tooth that cannot be restored clinically 6. Tooth with pulpal floor perforation 7. Presence of frank dentoalveolar abscess or extra-oral swelling (presence of purulence in the canals)
