Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overhead Athlete (basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, cricket bowlers) Training frequency of 3 days per week for more than 1 year Male and Female athletes under specified age range Athlete with the positive test for Latissimus dorsi tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pacemaker and Sensitivity to High temperatures Metal implants Recent fractures Angina pectoris Cardiovascular pathologies or Artificial valves
