Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women of age group 18-45 years complaining of absence of menstruation for last 3 or more months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Lactation 3.Menopause 4.Primary amenorrhoea 5.Tumours 6.Patients with gross structural abnormalities of uterus, thyroid disease 7.Congenital abnormalities 8.Patients with abnormal prolactin, abnormal thyroid function tests. 9 clinically significant diseases that might have limited participation in or completion of the study including any anatomical abnormality or gynaecological neoplasia severe drug allergy 10.Intake of any hormonal products (chemical or herbal) in the previous 2 months.
