Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients who are intubated in ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring crash intubation 2. Pregnant patients 3. Patients having open injuries on the neck 4. Patients with cervical spine injuries, maxillofacial fractures, and tumors. 5. Morbidly obese patients
