Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed as having Diabetic Neuropathy by a Diabetologist / Neurophysician 2. Subjects with controlled blood glucose level. Screening by Glycated Haemoglobin test (9 % > HbA1c > 6.5 %) 3. Subjects who are on stable oral diabetic medication that is not expected to change during the study 4. Mild and moderate severity of DPN. MNSI will be used to screen the participants. 5. The Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for Everyone (PAR Q+) will be used for risk stratification according to ACSM guidelines â?? Low to moderate level will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. H/o Insulin Dependancy 2. H/o any respiratory abnormalities 3. H/o dyspnea at rest or activities of daily living 4. H/o severe retinopathy or nephropathy 5. H/o vestibular disorders or any other neurological disorders 6. H/o severe anemia 7. H/o any cardiovascular disorders or unstable medical conditions 8. H/o foot ulcers 9. H/o major vascular complications 10. H/o serious musculoskeletal or surgical problems in the lower extremities 11. If receiving any other structured exercise program
