Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 â?? 65 years. 2.Persons of either Sex. 3.He/she must be diagnosed & have symptoms of AR. 4.He/she must be willing to comply to study protocol till the end of trial. 5.He/she is willing to give written informed consent at the baseline visit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Secondary AR. 2.History of Hypersensitivity to Coconut products. 3.Patients who are either pregnant or lactating. 4.Patients with immunocompromised states like uncontrolled diabetes, History of recurrent/ Chronic infections, PLHA. 5.Patients receiving immunosuppressant therapy immune modulator therapy or chemotherapy. 6.History of nasal myiasis 7.Patients who are currently abusing or have a history of substance abuse.
