Inclusion criteria: children of age upto 12years. time duration of study-not specific. any mechanism of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: coagulopathic disorder. cerebrovascular accident. associated chest/abdomen/pelvic injuries requiring major surgery.
