Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient of chronic urticaria presenting in the outpatient department of Dermatology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute urticaria 2. Angioedema without urticaria 3. Patients of CSU who has taken steroids or immunosuppressive in the last four weeks 4. Urticarial syndromes like Schnitzler's syndrome etc. 5. Other causes of urticarial rashes like lesion associated with systemic lupus, mastocytosis 6. Urticarial vasculitis 7. Age below 12 years 8. Special groups such as pregnancy.

Autoreactivity determined by ASST positivity 5.
