Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study population included clinicians and nursing staff from the disciplines of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Pediatrics, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and Dental surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinicians and nursing staff working at departments not involved in requisition and transfusion of blood and its components excluded from participation.
