Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: confirmed with diagnosis of RA according to ACR/EULAR criteria and on DMARDs. adults over 18 years of age patient who can speak Tamil or English willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient with hearing impairment patient who not possess mobile/ telephone patient with severe cognitive or mental disorder patients having any other chronic illness like (cancer, HIV etc.) pregnant women
