Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing shodhana (vamana & virechana) 2 Patients undergoing Samsarjana Krama

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accelerated/malignant Hypertension Carcinoma Pregnancy and Lactating Mothers Diabetes mellitus Irritable bowel syndrome Patient taking any antibiotics Any severe illness.
