Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Persons having single episode of stroke of more than 6 months duration •Patients from age group 30-60 years •Both ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke •Patients with mini mental state examination score =24. •Participants who can walk minimum 6 minutes with or without walking aid and orthosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients with visual and vestibular deficits. •Patients with any neurological disorders other than stroke. •Walking with a walking frame •Concomitant severe systemic illness which may interfere with performing 6 minute walk test. •Participants having oxygen saturation

MeasureTime frame
Gait speed in meters per seconds assessed using Ten meter walking test. Distance covered in meters assessed using six minute walk test.Timepoint: one time assessment at the time of recruitment.
