Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects of both sex (Male and Female) will be taken. 2 Age groups (25 years â?? 65 years). 3 Laboratory Confirmed Type -2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects of ageless than 25 years and 65 years. 2 Pregnant woman 3 Subjects with malignancy and those with advance liver or kidney diseases. 4 People who are cognitively impaired/ having mental disorder. 5 Menstruating women. 6 Patients suffering with wrist injury. 7 Patients suffering with heart disease and high blood pressure patients. 8 Patients suffering with back problem. 9 Patients suffering with Arthritis.

MeasureTime frame
The dose of medicine for type 2 diabetes patients can be reduced with the constant practice of Surya Namaskar and intake of proper diet. Blood sugar level can be controlled by continuous practice of Surya Namaskar and regular consumption of little millet. Also, continuous practice of Surya Namaskar can reduce stressTimepoint: The duration of study 4 weeks
