Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having clinically diagnosed with mechanical neck pain. 2. Male and Female between age group of 18 to 45 years. 3. Mechanical Neck Pain more than 1 month. 4. Numerical Pain Rating Scale = 3 5. Neck Disability Index score = 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical Radiculopathy 2. Post traumatic neck pain 3. Malignancy 4. History of cervical or shoulder fracture 5. Neurological Condition
