Inclusion criteria: Emaciation Pallorness Dizziness Dryness of upper and lower limbs Chillness of body Dryness of skin Oedema of upper and lower limbs Change in body build of children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 1 year Childer above 5 years Moderate and sever malnutrition Childhood tuberculosis Childhood neoplasm
