Intervention1: Triphala and Aloe Vera: Patient will be prescribed with Triphala tablet 500 mg + 30 ml of Aloe vera Juice
once daily and topical application of 2% Triphala gel + 5mg Aloe Vera gel, 2 ti

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with stage 2 OSMF with i.e mouth opening between 25mm-35mm according to Chandramani More Classification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other intra oral lesions. 2. Patients with known hypersensitivity to triphala and aloe vera. 3. Patients with prior treatment for OSMF.

| Use of Triphala and Aloe vera in OSMF patients increases mouth opening, reduces burning sensation and increases tongue protrusion and are measured and recorded at baseline, 1st and 2nd month.Timepoint: Pre-operative Burning Sensation, Interincisal Mouth Opening and Tongue protrusion will be measured.
