Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective surgery 2.ASA I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery 2. Poor comprehension and orientation 3. Speaking languages other than Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Oriya 4. Patients ventilated for > 3 days after surgery 5. Previous neurological conditions 6. Undergoing surgeries involving frontal regions of brain 7. Stay less than 24 hrs following surgery
