Inclusion criteria: Female school teachers aged 30-50 years of the primary and secondary section of school, free from any known disease Residing in Mumbai suburbs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female school teachers suffering from any medical condition or disability.

MeasureTime frame
This study will help us to compare dietary intake and physical activity of teachers of primary and secondary sections of schools and whether they are meeting the recommendation. This study will also help us to understand whether the diet and physical activity has an influence on the BMI and quality of life of these teachers. Timepoint: 5 months
