Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases clinically diagnosed with Acne Vulgaris who are willing to participate in the study. 2. Age and sex matched volunteers willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with Acne Vulgaris who have been on any systemic and topical treatment in the last two weeks. 2.Patients with other conditions where serum IL-19 will be elevated like psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and asthma. 3.Patients taking any comedogenic drugs in the previous month, pregnant or postpartum individuals.
