Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient needing emergency intubations in trauma with at least one difficult airway characteristics Difficult airway Characteristics Cervical trauma/neck collar Facial/ neck trauma or burns failed attempt to intubate Soiled airway- with blood/ vomitus obesity large tongue short neckrestricted mouth opening small mandible
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Crash intubations
