Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65 years ASA I-II patients Undergoing elective Oral and Maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent Any laryngeal pathology Active upper respiratory tract infection Pre-existing lung disease (COPD, Asthma) Cardiac conduction anomaly
