Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects who were cooperative 2. subjects from whom inform consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects who had received preventive oral prophylaxis within previous month 2. subjects who were on any type of medication 3. subjects who were severely ill
