Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants of both genders and age group between 18-55 years. 2.Pain on VAS 2-7. 3.Patients who had non-specific low back pain diagnosed by an orthopedic lasting more than 12 weeks 4.Patients who had diaphragm excursion at T10 level less than 6cm by tape measure. 5.Diaphragm excursion less than 3.6cm in USG for women and less than 4.7cm for men.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Sciatic nerve root involvement. 2.Lumbar radiculopathy. 3.Acute spinal disc herniation. 4.Previous surgery or fractures in the spine or other bony structures. 5.Neurologic disorders. 6.Any respiratory or cardiac diseases.

Diaphragm ExcursionTimepoint: Diaphragm excursion will be measured by USG at baseline and after 4 weeks of the treatment.
