Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. individuals diagnosed with knee OA through KL grading system. 2. both unilateral and bilateral OA 3. Knee OA duration of more than 3 months 4. Men and women willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with any injury or fracture or any other neurological symptoms. 2.Any current injury to ankle 3.Any current injury to toes 4.Any surgery to lower limbs
