Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents belonging to the age group of 13-16 years and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents with; - Physical disability (in mobility, vision, hearing and speech) - mental sub normality - any chronic physical illness - Adolescents involved in yoga, regular gym or regular sports activities. - Parents who are not willing to give the consent. - Adolescents receiving any type of treatment (drug therapy or psychological treatment) for any psychological problems.

MeasureTime frame
- Change in emotional- behavioral problems by measuring the difference in mean score of SDQ11-17 in the post test. -Change in mean score of bio physiological parameters (height, weight, systolic and diastolic BP, heart rate, respiratory rate ), after the intervention.Timepoint: -Online psycho education on Emotional- behavioral problems and their management as 2 sessions with duration of 45 minutes and 90 minutes respectively. Practice of Pranayama for 15 minutes and Aerobic exercise for 25 minutes- Total 40 minutes practice regularly(6/7days per week) for 10 weeks

-Change in salivary cortisol level (It will be measured in a subsample of conveniently selected 20 participants) and tested before and after the intervention.Timepoint: Change in salivary cortisol level after 10 weeks of regular practice (6/7 days per week) of Pranayama and Aerobic exercise;Change in salivary cortisol level (It will be measured in a subsample of conveniently selected 20 participants) and tested before and after the intervention.Timepoint: Change in salivary cortisol level after 10 weeks of regular practice (6/7 days per week) of Pranayama and Aerobic exercise
