Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Positive SLR less than 40 degree. Positive lassegues sign.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fracture of vertebra. Known case of malignancy. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and HTN. Pregnancy and in post partum period.
